It depends on where in Idaho and where in Washington.
If you're shipping from Montpelier, Idaho, to Forks, Washington - the two most distant points in the respective states - it'll take about three days.
The towns along the border are different. If you lived in Spokane, Washington, and ordered a product from a company in Post Falls, Idaho, it's cheaper and faster for them just to bring it to you.
But let's use a real-world example: The company I work for is in Coeur d'Alene. The chemicals we use come from a company in the Seattle area. It takes one day to get anything we need from them.
