That is a very good question! Alcohol is metabolized by zero order kinetics, when you drink a lot. That is you can metabolize about 30 ml of alcohol every hour. So it takes much larger time than it would have taken by first order kinetics. So if you drink too much alcohol, you are drunk on next morning also.
