For bedbugs to "go away" there has to be various things done. If you want them completely gone I'd advice to fumigate your home. Although it can be expensive it's quite effective. I'd suggest first buying some sort of pesticide. They sell them at Walmart and you can start from there. Check beds, windows, corners, ceiling ducts, anywhere you think something that small can hide.

They don't go away on their own.
