After ingestion of of the bacterium Vibrio cholerae, it takes 24 - 48 hrs of incubation before symptoms of Cholera occur. A first sign would be a painless watery diarrhea secretion. Most infestations are asymptomatic. Higher volumes of infestation lead to more severe symptoms.
