That would depend on how quickly they send it and how it must be shipped. If it can be shipped by air mail, it can arrive in a few days. If is something so heavy that it must be shipped by boat, it may take a couple of months.

A couple of days. Most packages are delivered within 5 days of being shipped. Just remember: do not use the Mexican postal service or your package will take up to a month to arrive, if at all.
Nobody can answer this question because we don't know how far the item is coming. For example if it is shipped from Europe on Wednesday it probably won't arrive in Australia on Friday
