There is no exact timeline for this since the way that different refugees and migrants travel is not consistent. Some manage to get to the Turkish-Syrian border more easily than others. Some use public transport within Turkey while some move on foot. Some have an easier time collecting funds to be smuggled onto rafts to get from the Turkish coast to Greek islands like Lesbos. It takes at least a month, but can often take years for a person migrating from Syria to Europe to make the trip over Turkey to Greece.
