It takes anywhere from 3 to 14 days for loritabs to leave your system.. depending on how often you take them and the quantity that you take when you do. If you are a casual user, you will be clear in 3 to 5 days. If you take them often, in larger quantities for a long period of time then it can take up to 2 weeks. These numbers are from personal experimentation and friend references. I have passed one drug test after 3 days when I use to use casually. I have also failed one after 12 days after eating them fairly often for 3 months. P.S.
