Without applying a Water of Youth, a horse will age 2 months every night, but only if you work them that day. If you do not work a horse one day, they will not age.
If you do apply a Water of Youth, a horse will age one month every night if you work them that day. If you don't work the horse, it still won't age.
There is a Black Market item called Morpheus' Arms that allows you to age a horse an indefinite amount of times up until they reach age 30. It costs 3 passes, and can only be used on one horse (e.g. you cannot use 1 MA on multiple horses).
Answer an Archimedes' question.
In 12 Howrse months. You can wait 6 days, or you can use 6 aging points if you have it.
Archimedes, I think. He's the one from Howrse Quiz who gives out aging points!
Horses age on Howrse each day you log in to the game. Also, you can use aging points to age your horse by 2 months. If you want to use aging points, train your horse for the day and then put the horse to sleep either in the stall or the pasture. Then click the pyramid and it will tell you how many aging points you have. Use one and your horse will age 2 months and you can start your training over. You can age your horse as much as you want as long as you have the aging points.

yes, you can age your horse at any time provided you have enough aging points.
On howrse, your horse ages 2 months every day after the update. You can speed up this process by using aging points. Aging points can be found during your horses day, purchased with 1 pass via the horse's page, or from the shop with game money.
You can only make the days pass faster on Howrse for one horse at a time. This requires "aging points" which you can find as UFOs or buy in the shop if you have less than 5 of them. To use an aging point, on your horses page, beside the "put my horse to bed" button, will be an "age" button. If you click on this, your horse will be older, and you can train him some more in the same day.
You can age the horse using aging points, that's the only way to make the mares pregnancy go faster.
To age a horse on Howrse you can either use aging points, or wait for them to age after the daily game update. To use aging points you need to find them during game play, or buy them from the shop. When you use one it ages your horse by 2 months (1 month if using water of youth), and you don't need to wait until the game updates. If you don't have any aging points you can simply wait until the next (real) day, and your horse will have aged by itself. So either you can wait 10 real days, or use aging points to age your horse all at once.
