I used to 50/'50 mix they sell (already mixed). That way you don't have to mix your own antifreeze. The recommended mixture is 50/50, that's what is recommended for the Cutlass Ciera. Other mixtures are 70 (coolant)/ 30 (water). If you are going to mix it yourself make sure you use distilled water, and make sure you mix it prior to putting in the vehicle. The short answer though, just get some Prestone 50/50 anti-freeze. That's your best bet.
