As long as it can cure in dry conditions,
No, it will not melt, but on many types the glue will dry up making it ineffective.
As long as it remains dry, you can even wait a month. I usually wait 5-7 days, as I like my tile glue to cure really well. .
If water has been mixed with your glue, then it's a type of PVA glue. Mixing water with it is not a good idea, as it takes longer to set and is not a strong joint. It may take up to 2-3 hours to dry to the touch, and at least 12 hours to fully cure, due to water's time to evaporate totally. If you want good results from glue it's usually best to use them as they come.
In many cases you can as long as there are no lumps and your new glue bonds well with it.
Put some hard glue, melt a glue stick and than mix it together.
Most PVC glues are rated for 40 - 110F. Weld On 725 is recommended for use in colder weather . You can use standard PVC Glue but it will take 2-3 times as long to cure before you can pressure test it. The colder it is, the longer the curing time.

As long as the glue isn't going to interfere with texture you can do this.
If you mean "how long does it take SKIN to heal under glue sutures" then the answer is about 4-5 days .
Depends on the cement type. some can take up to 1 day, some 10min.
i mean depending how long you want to wear them you could use SUPER GLUE (NOT GORILLA GLUE!!!!!)
