Depends on which part of Ohio. If you're going to Columbus, you can count on about 12 hours of driving time, plus time to fill up for gas and eat.

Definitely best to take 90 to 84 to 81 to 80 to 76, as it will keep you away from as many tolls as possible, and it leaves you just past Akron with the choice of going to Cleveland (north on 77 about 40 minutes), Columbus (southwest on 71 about 1.5 hours), or Cincinnati (southwest on 71 about 3.5 hours).
