Well the shortest duration time from Tokyo (TYO) to Paris (PAR) is about 12 hours and 15 minutes but I don't know about Tokyo to Paris (ORY).
No, you can take the RER Ligne C from les Invalides (Direction Orly or Massy-Palaiseau)
There are not direct flights.. if you fly Lisbon>Paris>Tokyo with Air France, the AIR TIME is about 14hours (not counting the connecting time)
There are no direct flights between Singapore and Mexico. Common connections include Seoul, Tokyo, Paris, Frankfurt, and Los Angeles meaning your flight may take from 24hours (Singapore - Tokyo - San Francisco - Mexico City) up to 35 hours or more (Singapore - Paris - Mexico City).
It will take about 3 hours.

A: about 15 hours
Air France Flight 007 crashed on take-off from Paris's Orly Airport on June 3, 1962. The plane carried 122-passengers and 10-crew. One hundred and six of the passengers were art patrons heading home to Atlanta, Georgia after a month-long tour of Europe art treasures.

Approx 35 minutes
It takes 3 hours and 25 minutes to fly from Taipei to Tokyo.
the Orly airport is 15 km south of Paris, the CDG airport 25 km north. The commute by car is at least one hour, supposing you get good traffic conditions (which is optimistic). If you are planning to switch planes, a two-hour driving time between the two airports is a safer bet. Or better still, check the route on the RATP website to use the local rail network (automatic metro to Antony, then RER throuh Paris to CDG 1 or CDG 2)
