A master's degree typically takes between two and three years to complete, depending on the specific program of study and the credit load carried each semester.

how long does it take for a burn to heeal?
By examining the types of insects found on the body, as well as how long the insects have been there, a forensic entomologist can tell you where a body has been, and how long it has been there. The same can be true with other evidence. For example, if the suspect's truck has horseflies caught in its grille and on its windshield that are only found in a particular area, then we can conclude that the suspect's car must have been in that area.
There is no exact amount of time it takes to become a geneticist. Typically, a research geneticist, for example, will have 4 years of undergraduate education, and another 4 or 5 years of graduate education.
I'm not entirely sure about fungi, but I think so. The type of fungi on the body should help the scientists to identify how long they have died and where they died...I do know for sure that a type of flesh eating bugs do help the forensic scientists in their studies sometimes. They use the maggots to clean off the flesh from then bones so they can study the bones instead.
the same as a normal masters degree, 5 years
No college degree is necessary for this occupation.

"Forensic science" is almost a tautology, since forensics is the business of proving things and that's what all science seeks to do. However, supposing that the question means, "How long has science been used for evidence in trials at law?"the answer is almost as long as science has been recognized. Archimedes' discovery of specific gravity was in connection with a case of fraud.

about 6-8 years
Definately UCT, Stellenbosch, Tukkies (Pretoria) and Wits. UJ does not. I'm not sure about the others but I think most of them would have some sort of course. Otherwise just take maths and statistics - you will still receive some excemptions from the board exams, just not as many as if you study a specific actuarial science degree.
There is no such thing as a degree in "writing", being able to write is a prerequisite of studying for any degree.
after graduation it will take 2 years
