Apparently the people responsible for disbursement take their sweet time and stall as long as possible. It was stated that it takes roughly 30days from the date the last class enrolled in begins, provided the student is still attending all classes and has met the eligibility requirements. However this is not the case. It may take at least 2 more weeks beyond the 30 days, if it comes at all. Some students I spoke to feel that the people at HCC in the Financial Aid department have too much control over the funds we students need to attend school, and they play politics with our funds too often.
