It depends on a lot of factors, such as: how far in advance you book, what time of day you're going, what day you're going, which class you want. I assume if you're asking this question, you want to know the cheapest possible way. I booked 3 months in advance and chose one of the cheapest fares possible by going in the later afternoon, and it was $67 US, or about 42 pounds, one way. I don't think you can get it much cheaper than that.
