Normally, it only takes a day or two for the SPA badge to display on the profile page, although sometimes there is a slightly longer delay.
It doesn't take very long at all. Once you decided that you would like to join the Special Project Assistant, and have contacted Stupid Little Genius, your first task will be assigned within a few hours. From that point you are an SPA. You badge will take just a couple more days to appear on your profile.
There is no set time limit. It takes until you have shown you are ready to be a Supervisor.
Yes! As long as you make it. If you grumble or complain, it will be boring. If you're excited, it's awesome! It also earns you promotions and badges. Plus, Stupid Little Genius is really sweet.
The time is takes for a Special Project Assistant (SPA) to be promoted to any kind of Supervisor is entirely dependent on the individual. Those that complete tasks quickly and show a great aptitude and knowledge of the site, progress quicker than others. Each SPA is assessed on their own merits and achievements, and there is no set time frame placed on the period they will remain an SPA. How long before they become a Supervisor is based solely on how well they complete the tasks set and their conduct on the site. Note that there is also a minimum age to be a supervisor.
So long as you have earned them, yes. The President's Hundred tab, Special Forces tab, Ranger tab, Combat Infantryman/Combat Medic/Combat Action badge, parachutist wings, Air Assault wings, scuba qualification badge, Pathfinder badge, etc. are individual awards which can be worn by a soldier who has earned them, regardless of if they change units or MOS.

how long does it take to become a medical assistant
Wikiholic... When?According to the answer in the Related question - which contains all the information about the Wikiholic badge - it may take up to a week to get your badge.
There are no set requirements to become a Special Project Assistant, other than being a member of the site. Since the minimum age to join the site is 13 years old, this means that all SPAs should be at least 13. There are no limits on how long a user has been on the site or how many contributions have been made. There are also no limitations as to how often a member uses the site, or how many warnings or blocks they have received. Anyone is welcome to join, and the group is open to anyone wishing to learn more about the site tools, how things work, those wishing to become supervisors but lack the experience, or those just wanting to help make things better on the site by helping out with tasks!
What are some of the short and long terms of a personal or administrative assistant?
Yes, so long as the test is on the material covered in the badge requirements.
It depends on state law. In the state where I live, it is legal to have a police badge as long as it is for collecting purposes only. Using a police badge for any other purpose such as impersonating an officer is illegal in federal and state law.
