Unfortunately you don't lose from your butt only. Fat comes off in thin layers over your body based on your body type. Runnng 5 days a week has to be coupled with a diet of 1500-1800 calories a day in the form of 5-6 meals. Remember 1 donut is 400 calories = 45 min of jogging. Diet is the real key to fat loss.
