It depends on how much you weigh at the start. It is easier to lose weight if you have more weight on you. As long as you include 1 hour a day of exercise and a healthy diet you should be able to meet this target in 3-4 months.

I'd recommend 6 weeks as THE MINIMUM amount of time

Realistically you probably want to do it in 10-12 weeks to stay healthy.
