First you'll need to fill out a form and have your parent/guardian to sign it. Then you hand in the form with the other required documents. If you followed their directions and have everything they need, you will get your working papers right there and then. The documents are a doctors note/certificate, proof of age but in my case was apparently my social security card, and the form with your parents/guardian SIGNATURE.
