Update DS action replay?

To Update your action replay connect your action replay with the
cable provided to your computer (your DS and action replay should
be switched on) open up your action replay code manager. (Assuming
you have alreadydownloaded the software) and click on either the DS
icon for a quick update (this refreshes the game list and includes
new games) or you can click the other Icon for a software update to
see the latest versions of action replay DS...
Once you have clicked on the DS icon, the update should take
place :)
warning: THIS WILL DELETE ALL OF YOUR CODES SO MAKE SURE THAT
YOU HAVE SAVED ALL CUSTOM CODES BEFORE UPDATING

Why doesnt the action replay work for Pokemon black and white?

New Games:
You need to update your action replay with the following, Wire
that it came with, Disc (If not yet installed in computer), and of
course your action replay. You need to update it.
If Action replay Doesn't work for any Game:
If it doesn't even recognize the DS card, try a different one
that is on there. If you know how to solder or a guardian does,
take the case off and solder the DS card holder to the main frame
where it broke. If you don't know how, then you Might need
to get a new one.

Can you use action replay without the replay card?

If you mean the Action Replay card itself, then it depends, if
you have a DS action replay, you may be able to take it out, the
DSi action replay will not work. If you do want to do this on your
DS action replay put the game you want to cheat on in the action
replay, then turn on action replay and once you get to the page
full of that specific game's cheats, close your DS, take out the
action replay card, take out the game your using, and put it in the
DS, when you open it up, it should still let you scroll through
cheats, add cheats, etc. (Again, this doesn't work on the DSi
action replay, and this may or may not work, they might've fixed
the card, I got mine a while back.)

What is the difference Action Replay and Action Replay E2?

You mean the difference of Action Replay DS and Action Replay DS
EZ?
Well, the main part is that the regular version is a version
where you insert game into the Action Replay. EZ version is a
version where you load the codes, take the Action Replay out, and
put the game in. Here are some risks:
Action Replay DS: Very big risk of freezing gameplay (Game
freezes because Action Replay bumps into something (But not a big
risk about breaking Action replay)
Action Replay DS EZ: My own Experience: NEVER TAKE ACTION REPLAY
DS EZ OUT WHILE SAVING!!!!! I DID, AND NOW WHENEVER I LOAD MY
CODES, THE TOUCH SCREEN GOES ALL RED AND BLUE.
You must want one of those. If you buy one and you have a DSI,
Action Replay DS and Action Replay DS EZ won't work on DSI. I
recommend Action Replay DSI. It works in DS, DS Lite, and DSI.

How do you fix an Action Replay DS when all the cheats and codes and games disappear?

You can't. If this happened when you put a game in AFTER you
pressed the "Start game" icon, you just fried the AR. Even if you
try to put new codes on, the Action Replay will freeze.
Every.
Damn.
Time.
There is a way. When you turn on your DS, hold A, B, Select, and
Start. Since action replay should open up by itself, you can just
keep holding the buttons. if your action replay is plugged into the
computer, it should automatically take u to the update screen, but
it doesn't have to. You hold those buttons for about 15 seconds.
Then you need to update everything back onto your action replay
using the usb cord. If that doesn't work, just press select when
you are on the main menu of action replay. One of those steps
should erase all your data. Hope I helped :)
