Yes. In fact it's not recommended to leave a charged C02 pellet in a BB gun. It will eventually rupture the seals. After shooting release the C02 gas. If you have a pistol that requires a pellet to be in the handle so the grip can stay attached, then leave a discharged C02 pellet in the handle to keep the grip in place.

Investigations have no statutory time limit. They can take as long as they take. Obviously not years! But in a shooting situation, certainly weeks woul dnot be out of the question. It all hinges on the circumstances.

For long range and/or very accurate shooting yes, sort of. You take a deep breath, let about half of it out, then fire the gun. If you are shooting close range self defense shooting, this is not as important because you don't have to be quite that accurate.
