This is a ridiculous question, since a so called 'pregnant' shrimp is already carrying her eggs around with her.

So... a 'pregnant' shrimp will definitely not lay another egg as long as she is carrying around her eggs!

This is the same type of question as the famous: 'How many times will a woman menstruate during her pregnancy - if her cycle is an average 28 days and her pregnancy last an average 280 days'.

She won't! (as a rule)

The eggs of a crystal red shrimp will hatch after about 4 weeks. In order for the eggs to survive, a good water quality and proper environment are needed.
