If you play nearly 24 hours its should take 1 month from green dragons. The higher your strength the higher you hit and the more faster you kill it. I recommend to be a level 85+ because there will be reverends there if your in the wilderness. Bringing a cannon is useful but is not good for trainingyour 4 main skills.

It may also say 23:59:08 or some amount of seconds depending on how long it takes you to look at it.
