Video surveillance video is allowed in numerous organizations, as long as the rules are followed. They can be used in retail locations in order to try and catch shoplifters, and they can also be used in many businesses in order to monitor the employees. As long as the employees are aware that there are surveillance cameras it is legal but they should not be placed without informing the staff.
Video Surveillance can help capture crime but can't eliminate it. It can help make finding the perpetrators easier. It can be very beneficial in the long run and can offer peace of mind
