There is no limit on the amount of terms that an Israeli Prime Minister can serve provided his party keeps winning elections and he does not die. Elections must be held within four years of the previous election, but at the convenience of the Prime Minister.

The Israeli President has a term of seven years that is non-renewable. However, the Israeli President is a ceremonial position and does not actually weild much executive power.

By contrast, the Israeli Prime Minister (who actually does hold executive power), has an unlimited amount of time to be in office. Elections must be called at some point within 4 years of the previous election, but the date of the election is at the Prime Minister's disposition. As long as the Prime Minister's party continues to enjoy a majority in each election, a person could remain Prime Minister indefinitely.
