Samantha has been an American Girl Doll since 1904. She has been an American Girl Doll for about 107 years.
The first five American Girl Dolls released were Kirsten, Addy, Felicity, Molly, and Samantha. Obviously, they will be some of the first ones to retire. Kirsten, Samantha, and Felicity have all been retired, along with their clothes, accessories and furniture. I think that some of the next dolls that will be retired are Molly and Addy, and maybe Kit because she is old too. And, obviously, every year the Girl of the Year is retired.
Since Samantha has been removed from the AG catalogues and website, people have been asking this question. You can easily find the doll for a reasonable price on eBay depending on the condition. Some are overpriced but many are not very pricy or the same price as the doll when you would buy it from a catalogue or website. And if eBay brings you no luck, try other online auction sites like eCrater or Atomic Mall. Good luck! Hope this helped :)
If you have a My American Girl Doll you can't have someone elses code because it has already been used and won't activate any more.
Most likely and unfortunatly our Miss Olly Molly. She was the third American Girl out of the first three that came out in 1986 by Pleasant company along with Samantha and Kirsten which have been retired as well. But no worries, there will still be eBay to buy all of her great things but as far as American Girl places and AmericanGirl.com goes, Molly, Emily, and her entire collection (clothing, furniture, ect.) will be archived. Hope this helps :(
There will be one later in the year. if you go to there website you can go to 25th birthday then theres a cruise and it says that there will be a new historical doll as one of the events. There website is americangirl.com.
A used american girl doll costs around 70 to 80 dollars but it really varies depending on who's selling it and if it's retired or not. Usually the retired dolls are more expensive. It also depends on the quality of the doll, if it has been really "loved" and played with it won't be in the best condition but it will be cheaper.
well, there wasn't really ONE first one. the three 1st dolls were: Molly, Samantha and Kirsten. Out of those three, only Molly remains, as Kirsten and Samantha have been retired as archives. Well, I hope this helped!
Sorry, but you can't. If you used a code that you did not buy you would either rob someone else's doll code when they buy it, or it would not work if it had allready been used.
American Girls Samantha is famous for her uncanny ability to accurately portray every character that she acts as. Many critics have been stunned at her rendition on the stage.
she has been with both guy's, and girl's. she has been with Samantha ronson off an on for a while now.
You can if you go on eBay, amazon all those places to get the doll. BUT, you can't get it on the official American Girl website. Most people will sell them on eBay if they don't want it anymore. Hope this helps!
If your talking about the story about the american girl Julie Albright, No it not real they just made that story so kids could read about their doll. But its a story that could have been real for someone else, but a real person, not a doll.
