A DNA molecule has a width of about 2.5 nanometers. The length of the molecules however vary is size. Human DNA is 67,000 nm in length. Other organisms have different DNA lengths.

DNA is very very very very small, considering a cell is 5 to 20 microns in diameter. you can imagine how small DNA is. DNA is 0.1 to 1.2 microns in diameter
