A Class B CDL is for single vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating in excess of 26,000 lbs. - and the allowed length for this maxes out at 45 feet - or a combination with a Gross Combination Weight Rating of more than 26,000 lbs., provided the vehicle in tow (i.e., the trailer) does not have a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating in excess of 10,000 lbs.
