So your Doctor takes all precautions in this period. Artificial colors, flavors and preservatives to be avoided, specially in developing countries. Then you have second trimester in witch Ultrasonography will show any Fetal abnormality and pregnancy can be safely terminated. Then you have third trimester to go. It takes 10 LUNAR months for L.M.P.(Last menstrual period.) to E.D.D.( Expected Date of Delivery.)( Incidentally menstrual cycle is also of one LUNAR month.)So be in touch with your Gynecologist and have faith in GOD !
