Scars take a long time to heal. Generally, they take about 1-2 months to heal.

However, acne scars usually take 1-2 weeks to fade. You cannot touch the scar, or else it will most likely cause an infection and it may never go away. If this happens to you, I recommend seeing a local plastic surgeon if you want to go that far. Also, keep the scar in coldness for as much as you can. Do not put any cream or anything on it. It will heal by itself it it ever does. Let the scar breathe.

And if you ever want to squeeze a zit or pimple, then wash your hands thoroughly and squeeze. Then, wash your hands again. Put alcohol or vodka on the pimple and let it dry. You may feel of a burn in your zit/pimple. Don't worry. That just means its working.

If I don't like my lip piercing anymore can I take it out?

Of course you can take it out. It will heal over, it takes time. It all depends on your skin really on how long it takes to heal. But it will, and you may start to see a scar show up. Don't worry, it should fade away. But again, it takes time. I have had my lip done three times and I have taken them out and put them back in from day one.
