Pencil lead is graphite. No lead is actually in pencils.
If it is stabbed through your eye, it will kill you instantly.
If you heat it to 4200 celcius, it will turn to carbon vapor, which when cooled, will become carbon dioxide or carbon monoxide, killing you In a few minutes.
If shot at a micron/sec under the speed of light, it will destroy your planet.
If you breath gigatonic amounts of it, you might get lung cancer in a few decades.
If you eat it, it will not digest, but that is it.
metal, nickel, led of a pencil
yea. actually graphite, allitopes element of carbon. its not really all LEAD

led bulb lasts for more than 24 hours if they glow continuously but if we use the periodically(from some time to time ) they lasts long for many years
A pencil has two main parts: the "lead" - pronounced "led" (as in "bed") - which is the working part of the pencil, and the "jacket" which surrounds it.The brilliant idea of the pencil as an invention is that, after the point of the lead gets worn away by using it to make marks (as in drawing or writing) the outer jacket can easily be pared away to make a new point by using a sharp knife or a pencil sharpener. The "lead" was originally made from a metal element which is called Lead in English. [Lead actually has the chemical symbol "Pb" from its Latin name Plumbum.]Because the metal lead is poisonous - and also because it doesn't make such good marks as graphite - for a long time the "lead" part of pencils has actually been made from a mixture of particles of several other materials: some carbon in the form of graphite (made from roasting wood in a closed stove), some clay and several other materials to give it strength and flexibility, all bound together with glue. The jacket of a pencil is usually made from wood which is glued well around the lead. However, for special applications, other materials such as mixtures of plastic, rubber and other materials have also been used instead of plain wood.
No you can only use a #2 pencil. You can also use a mechanical pencil as long as it is .7 led. Your welcome! :)
until the led snaps but if it is a pen then it has ink in until it runs out
It does not have led it has graphite.
graphite
no a led pencil is made of graphite
Yes.
Yes you can die from eating led but, if it was a number 3 pencil that someone ate its graphite and you can only die from lead if you eat a lot of it for example half of a pencil or a whole pencil.
If it is real led (which most likely not) it is VERY poisonous and can even kill the dog. But, if you have the new pencils which led is made out of graphite it shouldn't really hurt the dog but you should talk to your vet about how much the dog consumed and see if it will hurt the dog and stuff like that.
yes they are called pen pencil or mechanical pencil. you have to click it like a pen for the led to come out
no
it is about the size of pencil led
Led Power?
