A Presidential candidate must have been born in the United States (or be born abroad to two US-citizens), and be at least 35 years old. He must have lived in the United States for at least 14 years.

It is not specified though if those 14 years be consecutive or if they can be accumulated through the candidates lifetime. The president must have resided in the United States for a minimum of 14 years. Additionally, he or she must be a natural born citizen and be at least 35 years of age.
