350 degrees is too hot for mini chocolate chip cupcakes. Lower the temperature down to 25 degrees and bake them for 15 minutes. check them around the first 10 minutes. check them by poking them with a toothpick to see if they are done. if its still moist in the core, cook a little longer. its done when the pick comes back out dry.
