There was an article of which I can't remember the name of (possibly due to lack of sleep) that informs of the amount of sleep that is most beneficial. For a man of your age, the amount of sleep recommended is between seven and nine hours for a healthful rest. Anything less will wear down your attention span and your motor movements. Anything more than that will lessen the metabolism system in your body and cause illness, as does the increased age factor.
