How long should it take a service tech to change plugs in a 2000 Lincoln Navigator My small shop wants to charge a high amount?

Probably about 2 hours or so, I have a 01 navigator and had to take it in. the top of the motor has to be taken off.. Youre lucky if its just the tune up.. i had a bad solenoid and they had to change one put it back together and test it, once per cylinder to isolate the problem. luckily they found it the second go around.
