TO COOL IT DOWN
A cool down should begin after you exercise, or when you feel dizzy or are getting cramps.
It takes roughly 30 minutes for the laptop to cool down to a normal state.Or if you want to use it soon it could take I guess 10-15 minutes.
The exercise done after a long-distance run is referred to as a "cool down" (or for that matter, it is referred to as a cool down in any sport). The purpose of a cool down is the opposite of a warm up (hence the reversal of words), to ease the muscles back into the normal routine. For a long distance run, there is plenty of lactic acid build up, especially if that run is longer than 10 km. It is for this reason that a proper cool down is required. To start with, straight after the run you should continue walking or running slowly. This prevents an abrupt stop to the exercise, and will allow the muscles to wind down gradually. Follow this up with a period of stretching for at least five minutes. This should include stretching especially to the calves, hamstrings, and arms. Then walk a small distance to see if your muscles have relaxed. If they are still tense, more stretching is required.
