if it's for the first time then about 4 weeks or so, when you feel it's ready really, so that it won't run away or anything.
If you are planning to let a cat be an outside cat, put an ID tag on its collar with your name, address and phone number, also the cat's name if you want. If your cat will not wear a collar, have a microchip put in its neck by the vet. It is painless and you need to have a form of identification on your cat so that if it gets lost you will get it back. Just telling you so you won't lose your cat. ;)
An indoor cat should be let outside at least 4 times a week under supervision.
It usually takes about nine weeks for a mother cat to have her kittens.
Well, you can let your cat outside, but you really shouldn't.The cat can get injured by other animals or by cars.Cats don't live very long if you let them outside.Cats can get fleas or ticks or maybe even other diseases if you let them outside, so again, you shouldn't.
Well, that depends on which type of bird you are?.
no. as long as your cat had accepted that they were dead and let you.
You can't force 2 cats to get along you just have to let them do their thing and work it out themselves.
it doesnt matter it deppends on how u let the dog approch the cat
I think as long as the poodle and the cat get along and they can be trusted to play together and what not, then its perfectly fine.
A one day old cat should not be away from it's mother. It needs to be weaned first. If you have no choice, feed it warmed (not hot!) cat milk from a bottle till it's weaned. If possible, let it's mother do the job, though.

You shouldn't give cats cream anyway - it's far too rich for them ! The only fluid a cat would normally drink - is water !
