Depends on the cake ingredients! Follow the recipe, if you do not have one, I recommend beating until it is creamy and everything is incorporated into the batter with nor lumps.
yes, cake batter can be beaten with a whisk, spoon, fork or spatula, or any other convenient utensil.
Cake Batter Is Changed Into A Physical Change
How deep is the pan? 2" or 3"? It makes a huge difference.
To mix cake batter?
I think u can, as long as its fully cooked. I know you can't eat cake batter because of the uncooked eggs.
It depends on the batter. If using Eggs and sugar and then whipping it "stiff" first, then you should not beat it much at all after adding the rest of the ingredients as that takes the airbubbles away from the dough. If you use a raisingagent like bakingsoda in the batter then id doesnt matter as much with a lot of beating. regards.
you put about 1/2 of cake batter
mixture as the elements are not chemically bonded :)
Just enough until all of the ingredietns are fully incorporated in.
Heterogeneous
The bicarb in pan cake batter releases CO2 gas while the pan cake cooks , making it light and airy. If you let the batter sit, some of the CO2 may be leased before you cook it and your pan cakes may be heavier. Besides the CO2 ,you introduce air in the batter when you beat or stir it and this too helps make the pan cakes lighter and will leave the batter if it sits.
If you are using a 2" deep cake pan you would need 13.5 cups of batter.
