it can stay fresh for 2 weeks
about a 3 days to a week
Yes, so long as the frosting has set properly. (If the frosting is very soft, the spray may drip/run into the frosting giving an odd appearance).
approximatly 17 hours you fatty
In the absence of a square pan AND a round pan (in which case you would cut the round in halves and go from there), I would say you'll have to cut it into the shape. Makes frosting it more difficult because the cake interior is crumby, so I'd recommend using a pastry bag to pipe icing onto the cut sides.

You can't make a pillow out of cake unless you want to get your hair dirty and full of icing! If you are trying to make a cake look like a pillow that's a different story. Just get a pan as long as a pillow and and make the cake frosting whatever color pillow you want!
If stored properly in a cool, dry place, cake can last for a few days and still be fresh and tatse good.
Usually about 2 days.
Cake has a long "a" sound.
Generally, when you think of easy cake recipes, you're picturing ones that come in a box. If you are going to use these types of recipes, you absolutely need to make sure they are at least decent in nutritional value. The same rule applies frosting. Making your own is healthier, but it is not always easier. However, frosting does not take terribly long to make, so you should at least look into some of the recipes. Choose recipes that do not use a lot of sugar and that replace eggs with egg whites. When the cake is ready, do not overdo the eating.
It is not clear whether the question refers to a box cake mix still in the package, or a cake made from a boxed mix, that has been frosted. In that case, the answer depends on the type of frosting. A cake prepared from a mix, frosted with buttercream type icing should be fine for three days, and longer, as long as it is kept covered and cool. It does not need refrigerated unless the room temperature is quite warm.
