Of course you can, that is what puppy food is made for. It has everything your puppy needs to stay nice and healthy. I feed my puppy pedigree and he enjoys it and it keeps him healthy. That would be a good idea to start off with. After feed it normal dog food with some water poured on it.

Before anything else, you have to take your puppy to the vet. Then, you can look into giving your puppy the right nutrition. Stay away from oily foods. In fact, don't feed them human food while they're sick.
If it is just a puppy I would say not very long...I would keep an eye on it but it could probably stay out for about 10 or 15 minutes in about 30 degree weather.
They have to stay with their mother untill their eyes are open and they can feed themselves. After they can take their own responsibilites you can travel them. Seperating puppy with it's mother too early can be harmful for the puppy.
Tell them, "I'll be good, my grades will stay up, I will feed the dog (as long as you buy the food), and I'll walk it everyday." Hint: Everything=RESPONSIBILITY
Raw chicken can carry the deadly salmonella & other things such as parasites, etc. Your puppy should be fed a good brand name of puppy food that has all the vitamins and minerals needed. Don't feed it a cheap generic version of puppy food. Stay away from the raw meats. Just use the dry puppy food only. Feed it twice a day.

Your dog will produce milk as long as there is a demand put on her by the puppies. The pups should stay with their Mom 8 weeks but should be weaned at around 3-4 weeks of age. You should introduce softened dry puppy food mixed with canned milk (diluted 1 part water to 1 part canned milk). Do not feed regular cow's milk as will cause diarrhea. You can stop adding the canned milk at about 4 weeks and just feed the softened mushy dry puppy food soaked in warm water and then feed it drier as the pups age. By 5-6 weeks they should be crunching on dry puppy food. Mom needs to not be nursing them at all, so her milk will dry up. Note: Mom dog should be fed a good name brand puppy food while nursing her pups and pups should be put on the same good name brand dry puppy food too. Don't feed cheap generic dry puppy food.
No, I do not believe that you can get a puppy that is 3 weeks old. As far as I know, the puppy of any breed has to be at least 6 weeks old in order to take it home. Sorry if this answer is disappointing, but the puppy has to stay with its mother for that long.
The nephew must had got parvo from coming in contact with the puppy's feces.
