How long will hair stay straight if it is professionally straightened and will it stay straight if you wash it?

Ummmm that's almost impossible. Uness you have it permanently straightened. I just had my hair "professionally" straightened but if i wash it it curls! Just straighten your hair after u wash it wth a blow dryer.. then a straghtener but the answer to your question is: not very long!

It depends. My hair is naturally curly, and when it's short, the curls are obvious. If Iet it grow long (enough to tie into a pony-tail) the curls kind of 'drop out' and it appears more straight.
