Height is determed by both genetics and the amount of protein in your diet. Not eating mean does mean there is a lack of protein in your diet which will effect growth, but it's possible you'll take your height from your mum which means most of your classmates will be taller than you as most average heights are over 5ft. You don't generally reach your full height until later in your teenage years so it's possible you still have a bit to go.

I am not full sure, its more about how you train. If you train well then you will do good, just keep training. I am a 12 yr old girl. I can run 1 mile in about 5-6 minutes. The average 13 yr old boy runner is probably takes 6-7 minutes for 1 mile, The average 13 yr old boy takes about 8-12 minutes to run a mile. If you are in high school you have to run a 5K! That is 3 miles. I only have to run a 2 mile race because I am in 6th grade. The time I take for that is about 11 minutes!
