Just like any other trip from one place to another place, that kind of depends somewhat on

your speed. From the earth to the Andromeda galaxy, if you traveled at 600 miles per hour,

and followed a straight route, it would take you almost 3 trillion years. But if you were able

somehow to travel at the speed of light, then you'd only need 2.54 million years.

That would obviously depend on the speed. The Orion Nebula is at a distance of about 1300 light-years; so at the speed of light it would take about 1300 years to travel. (To a traveler traveling near the speed of light, it would seem much less - read about time dilation.) But at 0.001 the speed of light - which is still beyond the capabilities of current technology! - it would take over a million years.

First of all, Andromeda is not a star, it's a collection of many stars, dust, and gas, all held together by gravity in a spiral shape. In other words it's a spiral galaxy. Andromeda is approximately 2,500,000 light-years away, meaning it takes about 2,500,000 light-years for the light to reach us.

The Belt is not a single group; it has three main stars, at distances between approximately 800 and 1340 light-years.

To get to the nearest of these stars, therefore, would take about 800 years, if you managed to travel at a speed close to the speed of light. With current technology, however, it isn't possible to reach even stars that are much closer to us.
