Leftovers should not be kept over 5 days. Anything more is asking for food poisoning. People constantly ask for some type of verification that the food they eat will not make them ill. That is nearly impossible to do without bacteriological and chemical tests, so all we can do is provide guidelines, like:
* Handle food in a sanitary manner (wash hands, clean & sanitize food-contact surfaces, protect from cross-contamination) * Keep potentially hazardous food either hot or cold and cook and reheat thoroughly, and
* Use it within a reasonable time.
In the end, you are responsible for what you feed yourself and your family. This adage has truth to it: When in doubt, throw it out.

cooked mushrooms should ber used immediately and not kept over 24 hours.

Shrimp cocktail sauce ? Ketchup based, high acidic. A very, very, long time. ( keep refridegerated and it will last over a year or more).
In a sealed bowl in the fridge for 4-5 days at most.

If left untreated, depression can last your entire life. If you are treated properly, may just last a couple of years. Depression is not something that you can just get over quickly.
Not a good idea, particularly since they are fish and spoil quickly.
Bacteria will start to form on foods left out over an hour.
Glow sticks can last over 4 days if you get the right ones. It usually depends on the colour and size of your glow stick. To make the glow stick last longer throw it in the fridge freezer to slow the chemical reaction down.
Meat should never be left unrefrigerated over two hours, whether it it cooked or uncooked.
