That's not called "rotation", but "revolution". A full revolution is about 27 1/2 days; divide this by four to get the average time for a quarter revolution.

What would happen if the earth did not rotate around the sun would the earth still have its seasons?

No

What if the moon did not rotate around earth?

If the moon did not rotate around Earth, it would likely drift away from our planet due to gravitational forces. This rotation is what keeps the moon in a stable orbit around Earth. Without it, the moon's position relative to Earth would change, potentially leading to significant disruptions in our planet's tides and climate.

What happens if earth stops to rotate around sun?

Earth doesn't "rotate" around the Sun - it rotates around its own axis. It orbits the Sun.If Earth stopped moving (at around 30 km/second) around the Sun, the Sun's gravity would pull Earth toward the Sun, where it would perish within a few months.

How long would it take for the earth to rotate once around its axis?

24 hours

What would happen if the earth took longer to orbit around the sun?

As the Earth does not rotate evenly, but rather at a tilt, the seasons would be skewed.

How does the planet move all the way round and not earth?

around what? if its earth then it would rotate on its axis and and if ur talkin bout the revolution then if it is before earth (Venus, Mercury) then it wouldn't orbit around earth they would only orbit the sun and Venus would orbit mercury. and all of the planets after earth (Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, others) they would orbit the sun and all the planets before them. but all planets rotate on their axis but it may take shorter or longer time to rotate once than how long it takes for earth to rotate on its axis once.

Does earth revolve or rotate?

BOTH!, because it revolves around the sun (goes are around the sun) and rotates (turns around) to define if it is day or night if the earth didn't rotate we would be stuck with either day or night all the time and if it didn't revolve we would be stuck with the same season.

How would the moon appear to an observer on earth if the moon did not rotate?

it would still appear to rotate

How would the moon appear to an observe on earth if the moon did not rotate?

If the earth didn't rotate would the earth still have tides?

No

What happens if the Earth didn't have gravity?

The earth would not rotate.

How do moon changes?

The moon changes shape as the planets (in this case the planet would be Earth) rotate around the sun.
