there is no train upto nainital. you can go from lucknow to Bareily by train .then you have to take bus to nainital via haldwani.

The trip from Jaipur to Delhi is best traveled by train. It would take one approximately four and a half hours to make the trip on a good day, five hours if things were bad.

It can take upto 5-6 hours if you use the public transport, reason being the condition of highway between delhi and agra. BTW, you can also think of renting a car or taking a full travel package of one day from delhi to agra.
