Question is totally unclear. If you're out on bond - why would you be in jail? Is there information missing from the question?
You remain in jail until trial or until you have been released.
Juki was arrested for rape and spent the night in jail. he was released on bond and later aquited of all charges. I know because I was there.
yes, because in my Newspaper to it says 44 year old man was arrested for for disregarding a stop sign and in jail on a $200.00 bond.
That is not something that would get you arrested.
It makes no difference where you are arrested. You will be charged and arraigned for the new crime. Because of your status you will not be offered bail for the new offense, and the court will, in all probability, revoke your bond for the first offense and send you to jail.
Only if the bond was forfeited. If the accused was released on bond and the property was put up to insure his/her appearance, but he/she did not appear for a court proceeding, the bond would be forfeited and a bench warrant would be issued. In this case, the bond would be the property, and it would become state property. If the accused is found, he/she will be arrested on the bench warrant and returned to custody.
You cannot go to jail unless arrested.
She was arrested at 15 but never in jail.
The Miami Beach police arrested Justin Bieber and took him to jail.
you right to liberty
In 2006 I was arrested for stalking....six weeks later arrested for agg stalk...long story short...CRAZY EX out to ruin me. My first bond hearing for agg stalking the judge said he didnt understand why I was arrested and granted me bond. From what I know and have heard agg stalk is a no bond charge.....I was very blessed and eventually beat the case. I wish your person good luck!
Then you will be arrested, your past record (includng your recent release on bond for the same violation), will be reviewed and you will probably be denied bail and you will remain in jail until your multiple charges go to trial.
