20 YEARS
Get mushrooms, Tell police, Find out?
24 hours
you would be in jail for about 3-4 weeks if you bully
As far as I know that is aggrevated assault with a deadly weapon and you can go to prison for 5-10 years.
Of course it is. If you go shopping with your parents and you steal something, your parents will have to call the police and take you to jail Or your parents will show you the sign that said, "FREE RIDE IN THE POLICE CAR IF YOU SHOPLIFT FROM THIS STORE." You have to obey that rule! If you don't, you go to Jail for it depends on how long you will stay in jail!
Each and everyone of these questions will have an effect on what happens. What is this judge's record on theft and punishment? How old you were at the time?Where did you live at the time?Where you stole the money from?Is this your first offense? Were any weapons used? Were any people hurt or killed during this robbery?Did you turn yourself in?$620.00 is a felony.
The police do not keep you in jail, the court does. The court will keep you in jail - or temporarily free on bail - until your "not guilty" status is confirmed by a court. Either the prosecution fails to prove you guilty or prosecutors drop the charges. When the court confirms you are not guilty, you are immediately freed.
Whether or not a person who impersonates a police officer will serve time in jail, depends on the state and the circumstances of the impersonation. For example, a person who dresses up like a police officer for whatever reason, probably won't get much if any jail time. However, if that person not only dresses like a police officer, but attempts to act like one by stopping cars, making arrests, etc., that person will undoubtedly be dealt with harshly.
Normally police can hold you for up to 48 hours before having to present you to the court to be formally charged.
That is not something that would get you arrested.
Question is totally unclear. If you're out on bond - why would you be in jail? Is there information missing from the question?
I would think that would depend on several things. Such as: Why you are in jail? Is whatever caused you to go to jail a danger to the child? How long will you be in jail? I would ask to talk with an officer about the situation and ask to talk to a social worker about it to.
