If you make sure the settings are correct when you are converting the document to PDF, it should come over with no problems. Check and make sure you haven't turned something off on the Adobe side. Whenever I convert Word documents to PDF using PDF Converter, the internal and external links, plus the Table of Contents links come over perfectly, and I don't do anything special. Are you using a different program?
