How to manage multiple shop?
If you have one shop you can spend all your time in it. When you have two or three shops, you need a person in each shop that can run the shop when you are at the other location. When you have over three shops you will not be able split your time between the shops and will need to have an office that you can run the business from. At this stage you have a manager at each shop and have targets that they need to achieve. At this stage you should also change from working in your shops, to working almost entirely on how you can improve your business.
